The Department of Surgery trains surgical subspecialists who will provide outstanding patient care and move their fields ahead with cutting-edge research while training future generations of surgeons and remaining lifelong learners themselves.

The ACGME-accredited Colorectal Surgery Fellowship program is designed to develop skills in all aspects of colon and rectal surgery. The fellow will gain experience in the management of both common and complex problems faced by colon and rectal surgeons.
