PRIME-LC Admissions Information Leadership Education to Advance Diversity - African, Black and Caribbean (LEAD-ABC) LEAD-ABC is the first medical school program of its kind in the nation that addresses the unique health needs of Black, African and Caribbean islander communities. Students with demonstrated service, leadership and commitment to addressing the health and social needs of African, Black and Caribbean communities will be most competitive for admission into this program.
