Cultural & Heritage Months

Our Cultural and Heritage Month celebrations offer an opportunity to recognize and congratulate the UCI School of Medicine champions of inclusive excellence who are shaping the future of healthcare for all.

Our community includes many individuals who take immense pride in their personal and cultural identities, as well as in their service to diverse communities. We celebrate our School of Medicine students, staff and faculty members who have contributed to the advancement of diversity in medicine and the health sciences through research, education, clinical care, public service and mentorship.

We welcome you to nominate School of Medicine faculty, staff, students, fellows and residents, as well as programs/events and historical figures for the annual commemorations of the history and heritage months outlined below.
