Admissions

The HEAL-IM Program seeks to attract UCI medical students who are interested in learning more about the philosophy and concepts of whole person care in order to become a part of the growing community of mentors and leaders advancing innovations in integrative health.

To be considered for the HEAL-IM program, applicants first must be accepted to UCI School of Medicine. Upon acceptance to the medical school, information about the program is sent to all students. During orientation in early August, all students receive information about the HEAL-IM application process and are invited to attend an Information Session about the program.  Students attending the information session will be given the link for the online program application.

Applications will be reviewed by the HEAL-IM interview committee and students selected for an interview will be contacted.

3. Get accepted into UCI School of Medicine (Nov. – July)

4. All interested students are encouraged to apply starting in March. You will receive more details including the application link via email, but please note that the HEAL-IM team will conduct interviews and select candidates on rolling basis between May and June.
