Faculty Success Program

Get training in strategic planning, productivity, professional relationships/networking and work-life balance specifically designed for academia. UCI is a member institution, making many components available for free (Core curriculum, some boot camps, webinars). The highly popular “Faculty Success Program” (FSP) is a 12-week online program that costs $4,750. Your startup funds and potential departmental or SOM matching funds can be used to cover the FSP.
