The Office of Graduate Medical Education hosts a teaching skills training workshop series for faculty and residents. Each workshop is a half-day-long event that provides attendees an opportunity to develop skills that are important for improving patient safety and skills related to teaching and assessment of trainees. The series begins with each incoming cohort of residents in July. Further details will be available at the start of each year.

Residents can review the Annual Faculty and Resident Training on School of Medicine Learning Objectives and Key Policies and other teaching skills resources on the Housestaff Sharepoint site, which is available online at any time.
