As Associate Dean for Graduate Medical Education (GME) at the UC Irvine School of Medicine, it is my pleasure to welcome you and share what makes training at UC Irvine truly exceptional.

As Associate Dean, I see this mission lived out daily by our residents, fellows and faculty — advancing discovery through research and innovation, teaching patients and peers, and delivering compassionate, high‑quality care across every clinical setting. I am also pleased to highlight a major milestone that directly enhances graduate medical education at UC Irvine: the opening of the new UCI Health — Irvine medical campus. This state‑of‑the‑art campus significantly expands the clinical and educational footprint of UCI Health and provides new opportunities for residents and fellows to train in advanced inpatient and outpatient settings designed to foster innovation, collaboration and academic medicine.
