CloudCME® is a comprehensive, cloud-based platform that will create efficiencies across all areas of continuing medical education. We understand the importance of obtaining education that improves your practice in a timely manner. Our existing offerings will remain available and easily accessible during our transition to the new platform. Features Include: Activity evaluations Certificates and transcripts CME application submission CME event catalog and promotion Disclosure management Mobile app for iOS and Android Single sign-on (SSO) Phased CloudCME® Launch The Office of Continuing Medical Education will be transitioning courses to the platform in phases to ensure a seamless transition for our stakeholders. Phase 1: Regularly Scheduled Series (RSS) In phase 1, we will start transitioning Regularly Scheduled Series (RSS) to the platform. September 2023 We will schedule training for the coordinators who oversee the RSS, which includes grand rounds, M&M conferences, tumor boards and others. CloudCME® staff will be leading the training, so it will be a great opportunity for coordinators to have their questions answered by the experts. Following the training, the CME office will meet with each unit individually to start transitioning their courses to the new platform. Phase 2: Enduring Materials (Online CME) In phase 2, we will move current enduring materials (online asynchronous content) from the existing catalog to CloudCME®. Phase 3: Live Activities In phase 3, we will transition our live activities (conferences, symposia, meeting series) to the new platform. Conferences are generally planned 6-9 months in advance, so the coordinators and planning committee members need more notice to transition those courses. Getting Started with CloudCME® Steps you can take now to prepare for the transition. Create a CloudCME® Account Step 1 Visit the UCI CloudCME® website and click Sign In in the main menu.
