Supporting Healthy Aging The Division of Geriatric Medicine at UCI School of Medicine offers a full complement of clinical services to patients over the age of 60 to support healthy aging. We have a robust mobility promotion and preservation program and brain health program, which includes dementia specialty care. The award-winning Health Assessment Program for Seniors (HAPS) delivers a detailed road map for primary care providers and care partners to help manage the 4Ms. We have 10 board-certified geriatricians who work with a multidisciplinary care team, including pharmacists, neuropsychologists, occupational therapists, nutritionists and social workers, all specially trained in geriatric medicine. The division has been an innovator in digital health, having been the first academic healthcare division to integrate digital health services into Epic MyChart.
