All of our training provided to primary care providers, health professions students, older adults, patients and caregivers focuses on the 4Ms framework. We work with primary care, academic and nursing home sites to guide them in their journey to joining the age-friendly health systems movement. This is achieved through mentoring and training. 4Ms Framework: Mind Medication Mobility What Matters Most Training Opportunities by Population Please contact ucigeriatrics@hs.uci.edu if you are interested in or have any questions about any of the below training opportunities.
