Located in a diverse area of Orange County, Calif., the UCI Emergency Medicine Administration Fellowship aims to train physicians to prepare for administration positions within emergency departments or at the hospital level in academic or community settings.

The focus of this fellowship includes a variety of topics in emergency medicine administration with optional areas of focus. EM residency graduates interested in addressing patient care from a systems perspective, becoming a researcher in ED operations, and/or pursuing departmental or hospital-wide leadership roles may consider this career path.
