We aim to build a community that is better designed to support people living with dementia and their families and caregivers. Our vision is to connect multiple stakeholders across our community to secure a future where diverse individuals and families living with dementia thrive and are surrounded by kindness and compassion. Our UCI GWEP team provides training and education on the topics of Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias to primary care providers and health professions trainees, as well as older adults, families and caregivers.
