Peter Maxim, PhD, joins UCI as Vice Chair of Physics

After an extensive national search, noted physicist and researcher Peter Maxim, PhD, joined UCI Radiation Oncology as Vice Chair of Physics.

Prior to joining UCI, Dr. Maxim held faculty appointments at Indiana University where he was Vice Chair of Physics and at Stanford University. He has been the recipient of numerous academic accolades and has received funding from the National Institute of Health for his work in medical physics.
