The award was announced at the Society lecture and award ceremony. Gabby presented her work on the development of a novel tool for studying endogenous Piezo1 dynamics in native cellular conditions and 3d tissue organoids (pre-print here). Gabby also received a Biophysical Society Travel Award to attend the meeting.
