Understanding Faculty Compensation

Monthly on Mondays is a Faculty Development Series by the Office of Academic Affairs. Faculty are encouraged to join once a month for a one-hour Zoom presentation on various topics related to developing a successful career in academic medicine and research. Every session will also include time for Q&A or breakout discussions. 

This session will review the basics of the different components of the HS Compensation plan and how it works, with some discussion of funds flow in the organization. Highly recommended for new faculty or faculty who want to better understand their compensation.
