The 2023 Kidney/Pancreas Transplant and Nephrology Symposium will provide a detailed overview of the kidney and kidney/pancreas transplant patient care continuum on Oct. 6, 2023.
The course will focus on advancing collaboration between community physicians, nurses, social workers, and dietitians who work together to promote health, wellness, and care coordination for the transplant patient population.
Refund of registration fees may be requested by sending a request to hbusch@hs.uci.edu. or calling 714-456-6253. Cancellation requests received by September 1, 2023 will receive a full refund. Cancellations made after this date will be subject to a 75% cancellation fee.
