Leonora Naser-Saravia (she/her) graduated from UC Irvine with a triple BA in psychology, anthropology, and art. In April 2023, she joined the UCI School of Medicine team in the Department of Family Medicine as program manager for the Medical Humanities and Arts Program (MHAP). She possesses experience in ethnographic and clinical research, and excellent cross-cultural communication skills due to her bicultural and bilingual background. As a member of the Latine community, she is passionate about culturally informed care, mental health stigma reduction, health equity, and the power of art to encourage and support resilient communities. She continues to advocate for BIPOC, Queer, and other marginalized groups.
