Why UCI? I immediately felt at home when I rotated here as a fourth-year med student. UCI has warm residents, caring faculty and a sense of family that I did not feel elsewhere. The program offers superb training in a variety of settings, set in a beautiful county with a large underserved patient population that is so rewarding to take care of. I appreciate the weather for outdoor activities all year round.
