The Department of Pathology & Laboratory Medicine Grand Rounds is an ongoing educational program for faculty and laboratory staff. The seminar series provides continuing updates on the various disciplines of pathology, with an emphasis on the clinical applications of current research, experimental pathology and the role of the laboratory in specific areas of patient care. Technological developments and new diagnostic testing methodologies are also addressed. 

The target audience includes UCI faculty and physicians, community pathologists and the professional and technical staff at the UCI pathology laboratories.

Unless otherwise noted, all sessions are held:

  • The second Thursday of the month, 12 p.m. to 1 p.m., in various locations in person and online.
  • UCI Campus, Tamkin Student Lecture Building, Bldg. #831, Room F108, 12 p.m. to 1 p.m., on the fourth Monday of each month.
