Our faculty members also are engaged in a broad spectrum of clinical and basic research to advance the knowledge, treatment and cure of gastrointestinal diseases. Their work has brought the division national and international recognition for excellence.

Fellowship Program

Education is a vital part of our mission. We have a superior accredited three-year fellowship program, as well as a one-year program in advanced endoscopic ultrasound for gastrointestinal oncology.

Grand Rounds & Conferences

The Division of Gastroenterology holds weekly education conferences on Wednesdays at 7 a.m. in Education Room 1502 of the CDDC Building.

 

Additionally, the Department of Medicine holds weekly grand rounds on Tuesdays from noon to 1 p.m. in the library auditorium at UCI Medical Center.
