Experience is available in vertebroplasty. Advanced training is provided in the interpretation of musculoskeletal radiography, CT and MRI. The opportunity exists for the MSK fellow to learn neuro and body MRI from fellowship-trained experts in these subspecialties as well. Nine UC Irvine Radiology residents rotate through the VA Long Beach Medical Center each month. Successful applicants will be Health Sciences Clinical Instructors at the UC Irvine School of Medicine. The fellow will teach those rotating UC Irvine residents and medical students and actively participate in interdisciplinary conferences, ongoing research projects and publications of the section. The LBVA Musculoskeletal Radiology Fellowship Program participates in theĀ National Resident Matching Program (NRMP).
