Pediatric Endocrinology Fellowship

In partnership with Children’s Hospital of Orange County (CHOC), UCI School of Medicine offers a university-based, three-year, fully ACGME-accredited Pediatric Endocrinology Fellowship training program.

Our Program

The UCI/CHOC Pediatric Endocrinology Fellowship program prepares fellows for careers as leaders in clinical or academic medicine, while also fostering an academically superior, collegial environment.

The UCI/CHOC Pediatric Endocrinology Fellowship is a three-year program designed to provide in-depth training for board-eligible or board-certified pediatricians who desire an independent career in academic and clinical pediatric endocrinology and diabetes. We provide fellows with:

Mentoring

Structured one-on-one mentoring to help guide their chosen career path in academics, clinical work or research.

Research

Opportunities for conducting and presenting research (basic science, translational, clinical and educational), as well as quality-improvement projects.
