RSS Staff The RSS staff provides essential strategic oversight and specialized functions for our comprehensive grant support. This team, which includes leadership and experts in pre-award administration, clinical research compliance, post-award training, and unique agreements, ensures smooth operations and adherence to best practices throughout the research funding process. Together, they address critical aspects of research administration that go beyond individual grant submissions, providing robust support from the initial concept to the final closeout. This organizational structure ensures that Principal Investigators (PIs) receive consistent support for their grant proposals. It also enables RSS to provide uninterrupted assistance, even if the primary analyst is unavailable. Below is a list of the RSS pre-award service units along with the team members assigned to support them. Each team has a designated lead who serves as the primary point of contact for the PIs, as noted below.
