The UCI/CHOC Pediatric Emergency Medicine Fellowship program provides trainees exposure to the clinical practice of pediatric emergency medicine while strongly supporting scholarly work in the field.
The length of the fellowship program depends on a fellow's residency training. Fellows who completed a pediatric residency program will complete a three-year fellowship, while emergency medicine residency-trained fellows will complete a two-year fellowship.
Salary & Benefits
Fellows are paid according to the university/hospital pay scale for trainees based on their post-graduate year. This salary is competitive and considers the cost of living in Southern California. Visit the UCI GME website for more information about salary and benefits.

How to Apply
Applications are accepted through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS), and we participate in the National Resident Matching Program (NRMP).
