UCI board-certified pediatricians are committed to the education of future pediatric healthcare providers while providing leading-edge, comprehensive newborn care and outpatient care for children of all ages.

Our experts in primary care, fetal medicine and a range of other pediatric specialties draw on the expertise and resources of Orange County’s only university medical center. The UCI School of Medicine has a collaborative clinical affiliation with Children’s Health of Orange County (CHOC) to ensure that the children of Orange County have access to the highest quality state-of-the-art care.

Our pediatricians provide primary care services at UCI Health Gottschalk Medical Plaza in Irvine and our community-based centers at UCI Health Family Health Centers in Anaheim and Santa Ana, where we provide clinical care for underserved children in Orange County. 

General Pediatrics Residency Program

In partnership with CHOC, our division offers a three-year, fully accredited General Pediatrics Residency program with access to two freestanding children’s hospitals.
