How to Prepare a Merit or Promotion File and AP-10 Form for 2026

Monthly on Mondays is a Faculty Development Series by the Office of Academic Affairs. Faculty are encouraged to join once a month for a one-hour Zoom presentation on various topics related to developing a successful career in academic medicine and research. Every session will also include time for Q&A or breakout discussions. 

In this session, two Senior Associate Deans from the Office of Academic Affairs will walk through the steps for preparing a merit, promotion, or advancement review file, and give advice on entering your teaching, research, clinical, and service activities before your next review. This session will include updates to the AP-10 or AP policy for 2026.
