Nicole Parker

Hi there! My name is Nicole, I’m an MS2, and I am from Torrance. I went to UC Davis as an undergrad and majored in biochemistry with minors in human development and women’s studies. I have been interested in exploring the medical humanities and balancing wellness while here at UCI, and while keeping my options open, I am leaning towards a future in family medicine! Woohoo! My studying style has definitely evolved (and will probably continue to do so), but I mainly relied on creating hand-written notes or study questions based on the lectures and then using the MSATs’ reviews to fine tune my studying as the exams approached. I also tutored for five years before medical school, so I have a love for learning and finding unique ways of understanding material for each person :) I love walking my two pups, doing yoga, drinking some drip coffee and painting yet another canvas of said dogs.
