Jacob Giffin

Hi everyone! My name is Jake and I’m an MS4. I grew up walking distance from UCI in Newport Beach and went to UC Berkeley for undergrad. After graduating, I moved back to OC and spent my gap year working with adolescents who struggle with addiction and other mental health issues. I’m married with two kids, and in my free time I like to play guitar, run, play video games and watch movies with my kids. For MS1, I highly recommend using the in- house Anki decks, and for MS2, I found Anking, UWorld, Sketchy and Pathoma to be the most useful resources for me (though Pixorize and Amboss get an honorable mention). Fun fact about me: if you watch closely, you can catch 8-year-old me in a Season 1 episode of House!
