Celina Yang

I am currently in my graduate school phase pursuing a PhD in the neuroscience field related to hippocampal circuitry and depression. My specialty interest is neurosurgery. Over the two years of medical school, I used mixed forms of resources including Anki, Sketchy (for both Pharm and Path), Uworld and school lectures. I tried to follow a schedule at the beginning of each block but eventually learned not to be too bothered by it if things didn't go as planned. I studied half by myself and half with others (I was less productive but it helped with motivation), and usually with a balance between morning and night. Lastly, I worked as a ballet teacher for preschoolers and that is where my passion for education all started!
