The Multiple Sclerosis Fellowship program provides broad clinical and research exposure to train neurologists to become independent experts in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with demyelinating disorders. Clinical training takes place in the National Multiple Sclerosis Society-designated Comprehensive Care Clinic at UCI Health and the UCI Medical Center.

During a one-year fellowship, fellows are expected to participate in research, either clinical or basic science. For fellows interested in an academic career, an additional one to two years of in-depth research training is offered in basic and translational neuroimmunology research.

These materials should be emailed to Brigette Reefer at reeferb@hs.uci.edu. Please let us know if you need the application form in a different format.

Applicants must have completed a neurology residency and be American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology board-eligible, with a California medical license prior to the July 1 program start date.
