We offer two tracks for this program: the categorical/traditional track and the research/clinical track. The categorical track accepts four fellows per year and prepares fellows for a variety of mental health clinician roles post-fellowship. The research/clinical track accepts one fellow per year and is focused on academic research career training, supporting translational research in the prevention and treatment of child and adolescent psychiatric conditions. Explore the CAP Fellowship Our program prioritizes a multidisciplinary education and training approach, which includes clinical rotations, didactic curriculum, scholarly activity and mentorship from leading faculty. Message from the CAP Fellowship Director Every year, our Program Director, Paramjit T. Joshi, MD, welcomes fellows into the new academic year with a special dinner at her home. It’s a relaxed and meaningful evening where incoming and current fellows come together to share good food, great conversation and lots of laughter. The dinner has become a favorite tradition, an opportunity to connect across classes, build lasting bonds, and kick off the year with a strong sense of community and support. Our fellows kicked off the year with good food and great company at their annual Fellows Welcome Dinner, a cherished tradition before the start of the academic year. This special evening offers time to connect one-on-one, build friendships and ease into the year together. Our CAP-1 fellows hosted their first painting event — an afternoon filled with creativity, conversation and connection. It’s the first of many fun gatherings planned to build community and unwind outside of clinical life. Slide 1 Slide 2 Slide 3 Slide 4 Slide 5
