The educational focus of the the Division of Hospital Medicine & Palliative Medicine is on the training of medical students, nurse practitioner students, residents and fellows. Faculty members provide the majority of training in the inpatient wards and provide consultation services in the perioperative and palliative care clinics.

Hospitalist faculty members are consistently recognized as outstanding teachers and are active participants in an enhanced medical student and resident curriculum development and mentoring program.

MD Student Education
