The UC Irvine School of Medicine is expanding its Internal Medicine residency training opportunities. Our long-established program at UCI Medical Center in Orange continues to provide a strong foundation in academic and clinical medicine. Beginning in 2026, we will also welcome residents to a new ACGME-approved program at Irvine Medical Center.

Each program offers a distinct training environment, giving residents the flexibility to explore a wide range of clinical experiences and shape their training around their strengths and career goals.
