Roles and Responsibilities in the Recharge Process School of Medicine Finance The School of Medicine Finance team reviews initial requests and ensures annual reports are complete and reasonable. They also route documentation requiring coordination of signatures and serve as advisors to departments and units on various aspects of recharge unit administration. Departments and Units All requests must be submitted on behalf of the departments and units to ensure proper annual reporting is completed. Departments and units are encouraged to join finance committee meetings and attend open forums hosted by the UC Irvine Budget Office to stay informed on changes, updates and concerns.
