Through specialized training, fellows develop the skills to: Recognize Identify common reproductive behavioral health conditions affecting women from adolescence to later adulthood. Assess Develop skills to perform targeted primary care reproductive psychiatry assessments and evaluate clinical presentations and risk factors for women. Manage Apply evidence-informed approaches to support the treatment of maternal behavioral health conditions in primary care and women's health settings. Advancing Women’s Mental Health Discover MBH, a nine-month hybrid fellowship equipping clinicians with practical skills to address reproductive psychiatry across a woman’s lifespan. Training Experience Flexible Hybrid Format: Through case-based education, interactive learning and expert mentorship, fellows gain practical skills to integrate behavioral health care into women's health settings. Expert Faculty: Training is led by nationally recognized faculty with expertise in psychiatry, primary care, obstetrics and women's health. Curriculum Focus Comprehensive Women's Behavioral Health: The curriculum spans the full continuum of women's behavioral health, with a focus on prevention, early identification and treatment of mental health conditions from adolescence through pregnancy, postpartum, midlife and later adulthood. Health Equity: Special emphasis is placed on improving access to care and addressing the unique needs of women in underserved and historically marginalized populations. Eligibility & Learning Outcomes Eligibility Open to multidisciplinary clinicians caring for women across the lifespan, including behavioral health professionals, community health professionals, doulas, emergency medicine, family medicine, internal medicine, midwives, nurses, obstetricians and gynecologists, pediatricians, pharmacists, psychiatrists, women’s health professionals, MDs, DOs, NPs, PAs, PharmDs and other qualified licensed healthcare professionals.
